The Place is special, the people that works there make you feel your special, from the gym personnel, the pool personnel, from the elevator personnel, concierge , reception and the guards, they always greet you with smiles , always accommodating to all requests. surely im gonna miss this place , not because of its elegant hallways , Lavish interior designs, grandeur facilities, but the experience itself. Well done and keep it that way.

The room and the space was perfect

The five star hotel is beautiful and the rooms are exceptional. Executive lounge and Spa relax facilities outstanding Want to highlight two members of staff Leslie and EJ for their personal attention to our needs and handling our stay with personal and professional care for our wedding anniversary stay! The ambience is reflected with welcoming greetings from when you first arrive to the front end staff! Both Leslie and EJ “our favourite couple to be - wedding bells next year” provided my wife and I with great memories and look forward to keeping in touch. Highly recommend all guests to use the executive lounge as part of their room package and not use the breakfast package as breakfast is much better for executive lounge access. We recommend a great stay for couples! We will be back and share a memorable occasion next year with our two “ friends” xx Mr Neil
