Room is beautifully decorated and staff had a banner and cake ready on our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Spa was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. Medley buffet is really good for breakfast a d dinner.

Room rates are pricey. I was lucky to get good pricing by planning and booking way in advance. However we enjoyed our stay. Excellent respectful, personable, helpful staff in every area. Beautiful clean hotel and casino. Returning back to Manila 10 days after checkout but had to book at Hilton since Okada"s rates are super expensive for my next 6 days stay even with planning ahead. Still 10 stars for this visit.

The Place is special, the people that works there make you feel your special, from the gym personnel, the pool personnel, from the elevator personnel, concierge , reception and the guards, they always greet you with smiles , always accommodating to all requests. surely im gonna miss this place , not because of its elegant hallways , Lavish interior designs, grandeur facilities, but the experience itself. Well done and keep it that way.

The hotel was luxurious and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was very big and has lots of entertainments that would make guests stay longer. It was glamorous.

This was the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing. The hotel was like dying and going to heaven. I dined at the Buffet and it was work class. It was better than Hawaii, Japan, and Las Vegas. They strive for perfection. The employees ask for feedback and pass out a QRCode with the individuals name. Okada is Dialed in and have shown me what exceeding guest expectations means. I am a Toyota Service manager in Hawaii, that has been in Automotive for 25 years. I also worked as the Bell Captain at the Sheraton Waikiki for 13 years. I have never experienced customer service or a Hotel of the caliber of Okada Manila. It is a bucket list place to go. Go Okada.
